
Ingredients:
2 Gardenia Lite Meal Rolls
30g roast chicken [OR left-over chicken], skin removed
Soy-ginger dressing
Lettuce leaves
1/4 tsp roasted sesame seeds for garnishing
Soy-Ginger Dressing
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
Dash of lemon juice
Cooking Method:
1. Shred the roast chicken [OR left-over chicken].
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and add the shredded chicken, combine well.
3. Slice the Gardenia Lite Meal Rolls in half.
4. Place lettuce leaves and chicken on the bottom halves of the Gardenia Lite Meal Rolls.
5. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds, and cover with the top halves of the Gardenia Lite Meal Rolls.
