Chocolate Malt Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink
- 200ml heavy cream
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 50g sugar
- 1 bag of lady fingers
Method
- Whip 200ml of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix 200g of mascarpone cheese with 50g of sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream and set the mixture aside.
- Prepare a cup of chocolate malt drink using 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink.
- Dip 1 bag of lady fingers into Gardenia Chocolate Malt drink (refer to step 3) and arrange them in a serving dish.
- Alternate between a layer of lady fingers and a layer of the mascarpone cheese mixture until all ingredients are used.
- Dust the top with more Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink powder.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, or enjoy right away! Best enjoyed chilled.
