Chocolate Malt Bubble Tea
Ingredients
- 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink
- ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 cup ice
Method
- Mix 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink with 2 tbsp sugar syrup to make a chocolate syrup.
- Soak ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls in the sugar syrup mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Let the pearls soak for 10 minutes to absorb the cocoa flavour.
- Prepare a cup of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink, mixing 100ml hot water with 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink.
- Stir in 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup until well combined.
- Add the soaked tapioca pearls into a glass, followed by ice and Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink.
