Chocolate Malt Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink 
  • 9 tbsp Full Cream Milk
  • 3.5 tbsp Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

  1. Mix 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink and 9 tbsp of full cream milk in a microwave-safe ramekin or mug, until smooth. 
  2. Add in the flour, baking powder, oil and vanilla extract and mix again until no clumps remain.
  3. Microwave for 3 mins or less (depending on your microwave setting), checking every 20 seconds, until just set.
  4. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
