Chocolate Malt Mousse
Ingredients
● 300ml Heavy Cream
● 60g condensed milk
● 6 sachets of Gardenia
Chocolate Malt Drink
● 1 sachet Gardenia Chocolate
Malt Drink (optional)
● Chocolate chips (optional)
Method
1. Whisk 300ml of heavy cream with an electric hand mixer until it is frothy and slightly thickened.
2. Add 60g condensed milk and continue whisking until soft peaks form.
3. Gradually add 6 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture into cups.
5. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight (for best flavour)
6. Before serving, optional to dust with another sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink powder
and chocolate chips.
