
Apple Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients
- 8 slices Gardenia California Raisin Loaf
- 1 pc Apple, chopped into small cubes
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tsp Chopped Peanuts
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter, softened


Method
- Preheat the toaster or oven to 180°C.
- Flatten the slices of Gardenia California Raisin Loaf using a rolling pin or bottle. Spread butter on top of the bread. Set aside.
- To make the filling, mix apple, brown sugar, peanuts and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Place an even amount of apple filling onto the bread slices. Roll into a cylindrical shape. Secure with a toothpick.
- Bake for around 5 minutes if using conventional oven or 3 minutes if using an oven toaster.
- Remove toothpicks to serve.
