Chocolate Malt Balls
Ingredients
- 60ml milk
- 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink
- 100ml condensed milk
Cocoa Dust/Coating
- 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Method
- Prepare the coating by mixing 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink with 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine 60ml milk, 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink, and 20ml condensed milk until a smooth, thick dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls.
- Coat the dough balls with the prepared mixture.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving, or enjoy immediately. Best served chilled.
