Chocolate Malt Balls

Ingredients
  • 60ml milk 
  • 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink 
  • 100ml condensed milk

Cocoa Dust/Coating

  • 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink 
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

Method

  1. Prepare the coating by mixing 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink with 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine 60ml milk, 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink, and 20ml condensed milk until a smooth, thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls.
  4. Coat the dough balls with the prepared mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving, or enjoy immediately. Best served chilled.
