Chocolate Malt Bubble Tea

Ingredients
  • 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink 
  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Method

  1. Mix 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink with 2 tbsp sugar syrup to make a chocolate syrup.
  2. Soak ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls in the sugar syrup mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Let the pearls soak for 10 minutes to absorb the cocoa flavour.
  4. Prepare a cup of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink, mixing 100ml hot water with 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink.
  5. Stir in 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup until well combined.
  6. Add the soaked tapioca pearls into a glass, followed by ice and Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink.
