Chocolate Malt Cake
Ingredients
- 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink
- 9 tbsp Full Cream Milk
- 3.5 tbsp Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Method
- Mix 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink and 9 tbsp of full cream milk in a microwave-safe ramekin or mug, until smooth.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, oil and vanilla extract and mix again until no clumps remain.
- Microwave for 3 mins or less (depending on your microwave setting), checking every 20 seconds, until just set.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
