Chocolate Malt Matcha Chocolate Cloud
Ingredients
Matcha Latte
- 1 ½ tsp Matcha
- 60ml hot water
- 150ml milk, warmed up
- 2 tsp simple syrup
Chocolate Cloud
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
Method
- In a bowl or small pitcher, sift and whisk 1 ½ tsp matcha powder with 60ml hot water until fully dissolved and frothy.
- Add 2 tsp simple syrup and 150ml warm milk. Mix well and pour into a glass or mug with ice. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine 6 tbsp heavy cream, 2 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink, and 1 tbsp simple syrup.
- Whip until soft peaks form.
- Spoon the chocolate cloud gently over matcha latte.
- Option to dust with a bit of matcha powder and Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink powder for an aesthetic finish.
