Chocolate Malt Silky Pudding

Ingredients
  • 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink 
  • 2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 600ml water
  • 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Method

  1. In a pot, mix 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink with 600ml water and heat over low heat.
  2. Add in 2 tbsp of gelatin, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and pour into molds or serving cups.
  4. Refrigerate until fully set.
  5. Optional: Dust with Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink or top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
