Chocolate Malt Silky Pudding
Ingredients
- 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink
- 2 tbsp Gelatin
- 600ml water
- 1 sachet of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Method
- In a pot, mix 5 sachets of Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink with 600ml water and heat over low heat.
- Add in 2 tbsp of gelatin, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Remove the pot from heat and pour into molds or serving cups.
- Refrigerate until fully set.
- Optional: Dust with Gardenia Chocolate Malt Drink or top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
