
Egg Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
- Gardenia Nutri-Ace Hearty Oat Wholemeal Loaf
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- Salt and black pepper


Method
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Squeeze some lemon juice over the avocado, and add salt and black pepper to taste. Mash it up.
- Boil eggs in boiling water for 15 minutes, let cool, slice them, and set them aside.
- Heat up a pan, toast the bread until golden brown, and slice into half.
- Spread avocado mash onto the toast and place it on the plate. Top with egg slices and garnish with black pepper and parsley. Enjoy!
