Garlic Avocado Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  1. Gardenia Low GI Soft Grain Loaf
  2. Avocado
  3. Minced Garlic and Crushed Red Chilli Pepper
  4. Mozzarella Cheese
  5. Spinach

Method

  1. Mix avocado with minced garlic and crushed red chilli pepper.
  2. Spread mixture a slice of bread. Sprinkle it with mozzarella cheese and spinach leaves then top it with another slice of bread.
  3. Grill sandwich on a pan with olive oil till golden brown.
  4. Serve it while it is piping hot!
