Ingredients
- 2 cups Gardenia California Raisin Loaf, sliced into cubes
- 2 cups ground beef
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/8 cup pickle relish
- 5 pcs eggs
For the topping:
- 3 pcs boiled egg
- ¼ cup of butter


Method
- Prepare your steamer by boiling some water.
- Mix ground beef, salt, black pepper, carrots, bell pepper, cheese, and pickles in a bowl. Add the Gardenia California Raisin Loaf cubes and fresh eggs. Mix well then set aside.
- Slice the boiled eggs in half.
- Grease a llanera with butter and arrange the sliced boiled eggs at the bottom, cut-side facing down.
- Pour the Hardinera mixture into the llanera and steam for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
