Prawn Toast

Ingredients
  1. 280 grams raw peeled prawns (shrimp)
  2. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 2 spring onions (scallions)
  8. 1 egg white
  9. 3 slices Gardenia Nutri-Ace Sprouted Soft Grain 100% Wholemeal Loaf

Method

  1. Blend/ Chop prawns (shrimp) into a rough paste. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Spread each slice with paste. Slice bread into bite sizes if you prefer.
  3. AIR FRYER: preheat airfryer at 200C for a minute and proceed to airfry for 5 mins.
