Prawn Toast
Ingredients
280 grams raw peeled prawns (shrimp)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 spring onions (scallions)
1 egg white
3 slices Gardenia Nutri-Ace Sprouted Soft Grain 100% Wholemeal Loaf
Method
Blend/ Chop prawns (shrimp) into a rough paste. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread each slice with paste. Slice bread into bite sizes if you prefer.
AIR FRYER: preheat airfryer at 200C for a minute and proceed to airfry for 5 mins.
