
Sardine & Cream Cheese Quesadilla
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 Gardenia Herb Wraps
For cream cheese spread:
- 3 Tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
For topping:
- 1 can sardines in tomato sauce (fish only), broken into chunks
- 1 medium Tomato, sliced thinly
- 1/2 small Green bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 Tbsp Sweet gherkins, sliced thinly
- 2 Tbsp Red onions, diced
- 100g Mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, grated
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil


Method
- Mix cream cheese with lemon juice. Then spread on a Gardenia Herb Wrap.
- Arrange sardines chunks, sliced vegetables and onions evenly over the cream cheese spread.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the topping ingredients.
- Place another piece of wrap to cover all the ingredients.
- Heat a pan with oil on medium heat and pan fry both sides of the wrap till golden brown.
- Remove from pan, cut into quarters and serve immediately.
