Sardine & Cream Cheese Quesadilla

Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 2 Gardenia Herb Wraps
For cream cheese spread:
  1. 3 Tbsp Cream cheese
  2. 1 tsp Lemon juice
For topping:
  1. 1 can sardines in tomato sauce (fish only), broken into chunks
  2. 1 medium Tomato, sliced thinly
  3. 1/2 small Green bell pepper, sliced thinly
  4. 1 Tbsp Sweet gherkins, sliced thinly
  5. 2 Tbsp Red onions, diced
  6. 100g Mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, grated
  7. 2 tsp Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice. Then spread on a Gardenia Herb Wrap.
  2. Arrange sardines chunks, sliced vegetables and onions evenly over the cream cheese spread.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese over the topping ingredients.
  4. Place another piece of wrap to cover all the ingredients.
  5. Heat a pan with oil on medium heat and pan fry both sides of the wrap till golden brown.
  6. Remove from pan, cut into quarters and serve immediately.
