
Seafood Balls
Ingredients
- 3 slices Gardenia Enriched White Bread
- 6 pcs Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100g Cream Dory
- 1 pc Crab Stick
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Shitake Mushroom, minced
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken Powder or Bouillon
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Cooking Oil for deep frying
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise


Method
- Preheat enough oil in a small pot for deep frying.
- Slice Gardenia Enriched White Bread into small cubes and set aside.
- In a food processor or mixer, combine shrimp, fish, garlic, shitake mushroom, onion powder, chicken powder, and flour. Blitz everything together until it forms a paste.
- Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the mixture into a ball and wrap in sliced bread, making sure the whole surface of the seafood ball is covered in bread.
- Deep fry the seafood balls until golden brown and crispy.
- To make the dipping sauce, mix the sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise together in a ramekin.
- Serve the seafood balls hot with the dipping sauce.
