Whipped Ricotta & Hot Honey Crostini

Ingredients
  1. Gardenia Gourmet Selections Plain Half Baguette 2’s
  2. 200g cup ricotta cheese
  3. 50g honey
  4. 5g chilli flakes
  5. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. Add the honey and chilli flakes to a small pot or pan over low heat.
  2. Gently heat the honey until you see small bubbles forming along the edges of the pan then remove the pan from the heat. DO NOT let honey boil over.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar, strain only if desired.
  4. Assemble crostinis and finish with chopped nuts.
