
Whipped Ricotta & Hot Honey Crostini
Ingredients
- Gardenia Gourmet Selections Plain Half Baguette 2’s
- 200g cup ricotta cheese
- 50g honey
- 5g chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Method
- Add the honey and chilli flakes to a small pot or pan over low heat.
- Gently heat the honey until you see small bubbles forming along the edges of the pan then remove the pan from the heat. DO NOT let honey boil over.
- Remove from heat and stir in vinegar, strain only if desired.
- Assemble crostinis and finish with chopped nuts.
